Sandeep has been a constant driving force for the organization, and has played an important role in laying a very strong platform. He has played the role of a "Technical Architect & Lead" and has designed and engineered three different high performance versions of Raptor's XForce Engine. With a strong technical expertise, and an all round talent of handling design to development to management, Sandeep heads Raptor through its venture.

Jayanth Kannan, COO, co-founded Raptor with a strong passion for creativity and innovation, and building an organization which separates itself from other traditional companies. Being a dynamic person, with a strong sense of management, Jayanth has contributed immensely in the growth of Raptor as a highly disciplined and process oriented organization.

Today, Jayanth plays a key role by handling the company’s operations and as a potent technical architect. Jayanth has always been a strong motivational and inspirational factor for the team and this has contributed for a highly skilled workforce capable of outperforming even in the most challenging projects!

Nishant Ranka, Director, played a key role in IRCA(Integrated Risk Control Applications) which is a company focused at Risk management & control using advanced simulations and technologies is a key director in Raptor's management. He brings great value to Raptor through his immense knowledge and vast experience in the field of risk management, simulations modeling & design, simulation software planning etc.

With a strong vision and passion in developing the simulations vertical using next generation 3D Visualization technologies, and a great mix of business acumen, Nishant plays a key role in various avenues ranging from strategizing to marketing and business development.

Manohar Singh, Director, who spearheaded IRCA by bringing his strong business development and management skills. He has great acumen for business development and is an excellent people person. Manohar has vast experience in various different domains and is known for his extremely sharp sense in identifying new business avenues.

His strengths include a remarkable sense of business judgment, pleasant and affable personality bettered by excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to responsibilities.
